Vinty Bean is a small, sun-soaked café nestled in the leafy streets of Teneriffe, appealing especially to those who appreciate a thoughtfully brewed coffee and a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The café’s focus on quality is clear in every cup—their flat white and almond milk mocha latte stand out with smooth, well-balanced flavors that invite you to linger a little longer. For many locals, Vinty Bean offers the perfect pit stop on weekend mornings or a mid-day pause, especially if you’re after a reliably fresh cold brew or a double shot to kickstart the day.

The café’s outdoor seating under the open sky complements its approachable vibe, where patrons often stop by with friends or furry companions, enjoying quiet chatter or a moment of solitude away from the bustle. It’s a place where the baristas take pride in their craft, often engaging with visitors to share insights about their coffee, making the experience feel personal and genuine rather than rushed.

The food menu, while not extensive, includes well-made pastries like the banana bread and a variety of warm treats such as sausage rolls and ham and cheese croissants. These pair nicely with coffee and fill out the café as a spot for a light, satisfying snack rather than a full meal.

Vinty Bean’s charm lies not just in its beverages but in the inviting, curated setting—an outdoor-focused layout that encourages visitors to take their time and soak in the local vibe of Teneriffe. This isn’t just a grab-and-go stop; it’s where people come to enjoy the ritual of coffee, marked by friendly service and a genuine attention to detail.

Vinty Bean is an absolute gem! On my way to visit my partner, I stopped by for a quick cup of coffee and was completely charmed. The café itself is super cute and so well-curated. The space is inviting, and you can tell a lot of care went into its creation. What really made the experience, though, was the barista, Ria. She was a delight, with a lovely smile and a truly warm presence. She made me a perfect cup of coffee, which was the ideal start to a sunny morning. The café also has a beautiful walk right behind it, which was a nice bonus. I'm already looking forward to making this my local morning coffee spot and can't wait to bring my friends back to experience it. Vinti Beans is a must-visit if you're in the city! Love, Love, Love!

Lovely experience, my husband and I went out for a coffee and saw this shop had 5 stars and thought we had to try! It didn't disappoint, we ordered the Vinty Bean Experience and each coffee was so good! Very refreshing and smooth. The barista was amazing she came out and explained everything to us and is clear she has a passion for coffee. The space is also very cute and inviting for a quick coffee stop with all different types of seats and tables. 10/10 would recommend, I'm definitely coming back.

The coffee here is a very good, full-bodied brew. I ordered a double shot. We also tried the banana bread, which was delicious. Service was pleasant. All seating is outside

Vinty Bean is a tiny cafe you must visit when you are in Newstead! The heritage listed space bursts with character, matched only by owner Ria's vibrant personality and delicious coffee

A warm and welcoming café with real, coffee. You can taste the sincerity in every cup. I often drive 40 minutes on a weekend morning with my furry friend just to come here — and it’s always worth it. This place never fails to leave me with good memories. And yes, they have a truly amazing cold brew!

This is my second time having a quick lunch at Vinty Beans. The first time I sat in front of the coffee shop, which was a perfect place to watch the world go by This time, I sat by the side of the coffee shop if you wanted to just sit further away from the street and have a quite catch up. Customer service is wonderful, and the coffee is one of the best, and I am a coffee snob.

Small, busy little 'dog-friendly' cafe located along Vernon Terrace. Choice of outside on the footpath under the Moreton Bay Figs or down the side along the pathway (morning sunlight if the weather is chilly). Very busy with many dine-in and takeways. Friendly service, nice coffee and of course for Newstead, facilities for your dog companion. Vernon Terrace is busy first thing in the morning, but under the Fig trees and set back from the road there is no problem with traffic noise.

Sincere smiles, sincere cares, as well as grand coffee and great food make this a true five star café. Indulge me in a little story. Today I accidentally broke my mate's towel rack; I'm staying here from down south. Anyway, while it's fixable, I needed to buy some micro Allen Keys. The nearest place is Bunnings about 3km away. No probs, I'm on hols, he's at work, Ill just go for a walk. Sure its 30° and humid as for my Victorian constitution but, hey, sometimes seeing the suburbs is a good form of tourism. I checked the map, yep, yep, easy as, three turns. 5 minutes later I took a wrong turn and didn't realise until Mrs Google-Maps started to recalibrate the journey after the wifi kicked back in (it'd dropped out after I took a wrong turn at Albuquerque). So, my 3km trip was now 2km + 2km + 3km. I was nonchalant at first but I'm prone to self-criticism and yadda yadda yadda by the time I got to this area, I was peeved as. I saw VINTY BEAM and saw how chill it was but bc I was so wound up I did feel deserving and also I was in mission-mode (must, get, to, Bunnings, dot, exe). Thank goodness I halted, retreated and walked in because hoboy the lady serving, she gave me as human and sincere a greeting and smile as you could want, regardless of the journey which detoured me here. Yknow, life is long and the universe is very big and meeting people is often fleeting. I'm not philosophical at all but having had such a good experience here, I'm kinda glad I took the wrong turn in Fortitude Valley.
